Bringing teams together
A renowned pharmaceutical company wanted to foster more collaboration and provide employees with a sense of community. We partnered with its teams to develop their Slack design and settings and to launch the platform within the organization. When stakeholder interviews revealed that communication styles and training preferences were vastly different for functions across the organization, we helped our client develop the right governance and content to support those needs, successfully migrating 20 workspaces and onboarding 2,800+ users to the Slack Enterprise Grid.
