How often do you bathe your toddler/s in the winter/cold weather?

who does the baths in your family? Newborn and/or toddler?

Any experienced mamas have advice on the best way to bathe a newborn with a toddler? Should I get a little sling for the tub for nb to bathe with the toddler or stick to separate baths until my littlest one is 6+ months? TIA!
