During pregnancy you may notice small, textured streaks on your skin. These could be stretch marks.
What are stretch marks?
Stretch marks are caused by changes in the underlying layers of your skin, just below the surface.
You may notice them around your belly later in pregnancy, as your growing baby stretches your skin tissues. You may also see stretch marks on your buttocks, thighs, hips, and breasts.
