Import Stuck at 100%

I have to import a *.wpress file, but it is staying for 60 minutes at 100%. I tried it several times, but it is not working!

Seriously, this has to be the worst plugin known to mankind. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. All the good reviews are from noobs with small sites that were just lucky and by some miracle had a compatible setup. If you use this plugin for any of your big clients you need your head examined. It fails just about every time when you need to restore a site. Stuck on "Activating mu-plugins" for hours and this is on my XAMPP localhost with no restrictions. Pathetic! I always use Duplicator which works like a dream but on WP Engine you are forced to use this trash plugin because they don't allow Duplicator on there. I'm actually going to lose this client because I can't work like this. They would have to change their hosting and rebuild their entire site just to get around these issues with one plugin that fails 99% of the time. If Duplicator fails it tells you exactly what went wrong and offers multiple workarounds. It doesn't just fail and leave you wondering why. If you like stress and unhappy clients then you will love this plugin. ChatGPT could probably code a better plugin than this. It's garbage and not worth 1 cent.

It's like playing russian roulette  with your migration, even if you buy it. make sure its not a last minute choice, its good but failed for me in my time of need I actually just made an account to show my disappointment.
