This was a really good fireside chat between and . David provided tons of tactical, sound advice (as he always does), while Elad asked really thoughtful questions (he's one of the best interviewers in tech imo).

The first NeRF in a TV commercial!
It starts with a scene of a younger version of me, and then transitions to present-day me
Directed by @nortondirector using @LumaLabsAI for @McDonalds
*at least, it's the first commercial that I know using NeRF, if you know of another lmk :)

One of the biggest mistake deep tech companies make is not shipping something fast enough.
A big mantra at has always been "months not years".

As a startup employee, your hope should be that if your company fails, it does so quickly, within 6-12 months, versus slowly and painfully over multiple years. The opportunity cost and psychic pain from slowly dying companies is real.

we've told kids that Lucky Charms are healthier than whole milk, more than twice as healthy as beef, and better for you than a baked potato or cooked green peas.
and when that leads to obesity, we pump them full of expensive drugs and invasive surgeries.
this is diseased
