The Dutch (#nl_NL) team has reached all green statuses in the top 500 themes, meaning there are no waiting stringsStringA string is a translatable part of the software. A translation consists of a multitude of localized strings.! The next milestone is to shorten the list and bring all themes up to 93%.

The cross-locale project translation editor can import/validate strings on a specific project for more than one locale. Subtitles have been added for French, Spanish, German, Portuguese (Brazil), and Japanese to the 2022 State of the Word and Q+A. If you’re interested in adding subtitles for your locale, you can follow this guide or pingPingThe act of sending a very small amount of data to an end point. Ping is used in computer science to illicit a response from a target server to test it’s connection. Ping is also a term used by Slack users to @ someone or send them a direct message (DM). Users might say something along the lines of “Ping me when the meeting starts.”@evarlese if you’d like some help!
Sometimes it can be confusing where to report a bug when you find one on translate.w.org. In order to make the process easier, here’s some places to report bugs:
