Amidst the vibrant celebrations of the ongoing Ganesh Chaturthi festivities in Mumbai, HCCB has launched its 'Used PET Bottle Free Ganapati Celebration' initiative. In partnership with Anandana, The Coca-Cola India Foundation, and Y4D Foundation, we aim to foster a more sustainable environment during this festive season. Our team of over 100 volunteers is on the ground to ensure efficient waste management by collecting, sorting, and recycling PET bottles. This effort is aimed at promoting responsible waste management and fostering a circular economy, thus contributing to a cleaner and greener community. One of India's top FMCG companies. Two decades, one simple aim - to refresh the world and make a difference.
About us
Welcome to the world of HCCB – a Company that started in 1997 with the simple aim to refresh the world and make a difference. Two decades later, we are one of the top 5 FMCG companies. Only because fellow Indians, who have faith in the quality and purity of our products, pick our beverages, 477 times per second. Some choose the ones that have nutrition, others choose pure indulgence. Some prefer the zing that bubbles in the mouth; others prefer a quiet, serene mouthfeel. Some like the beverages that is served hot; others ask us for an ice-cold serve. Our 15 factories, spread across India, manufacture the beverages that India wants. And if it is about India, we better make the best. With stringent processes, world-class machines, state-of-the-art equipment, and the best packaging materials, we make 62 different beverage products in multiple categories. In doing so, we strive to leave things better than we first inherited. Be it by skewing our energy sourcing towards renewable and clean energy, or collaborating with the local communities, to make their lives better. Returning more water to the earth than we use, is as much a business priority as is to ensure that the food grade PET that is used in our product packages, gets recycled into shoes, T-shirts, jackets, furniture. Farmers are our friends. The mango that they grow and hence the pulp that we buy, earns us the distinction of being the largest institutional buyer of mango pulp in the world. The real fruit in Minute Maid is from the produce these farmers harvest. The milk in Minute Maid Smoothie is also from their dairy farm. At last count, there were 250,000 farmers, who were helping us stand on the podium. The next time you are having our beverage, remember the 3,900 distributors and 22 lakh retailers, who got it within your reach. Thank the 7,000 suppliers, vendors and partners, who keep the wheels churning and may be clap for the 8,000 associates, who always have your interest in their mind.

In the wake of the recent floods in Andhra Pradesh (AP), our team at HCCB quickly mobilized to support the affected communities in Vijayawada and Guntur. We worked in collaboration with the AP State Disaster Response & Fire Services Department and the Indian Red Cross Society to provide over 60,000 bottles as part of the relief efforts. The contribution was handed over to Shri Nara Lokesh, Hon'ble Minister for HRD, IT, Electronics, and Real-Time Governance, Govt of Andhra Pradesh. Our sincere thanks to Shri P. Venkata Ramana, Director of Fire Services - Technical, Andhra Pradesh Fire Services; Shri T. Uday Kumar, Additional Director of Fire Services - Admin, Andhra Pradesh Fire Services; and Smt. Annamma T, Regional Coordinator, Indian Red Cross Society. Their participation was instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of water to those most in need. Celebrating the Success of Our Train the Trainer (TTT) – People Door Workshop! At HCCB, we believe that the best way to drive transformation is by empowering our leaders from within. Last quarter, we launched the "People Door - Becoming the Best" workshop, aiming at building an internal pool of trainers to champion our core leadership behaviors: Accountability, Collaboration, and Conflict Management. This exercise has already led to the participants from the previous batches to create a pool of internal trainers. This time, on day 1, we saw our Chief Commercial Officer, Sunil Lobo, inspiring the front-runners. On Day 2, Saakshi Sharma, Head of HR Transformation and Special Projects, provided deep insights into our culture transformation journey and the impact of our new ways of working. Our internal trainers, Dhanpat Jain (DJ) and Raghunandan KC, led a module refresher session, followed by participants showcasing their skills in a Teach Back session. With invaluable feedback from external trainers, our newly certified trainers are now fully equipped to spread these leadership behaviors across HCCB. Join us in congratulating our Change Ambassadors and Certified Internal Trainers, and stay tuned for more updates on this exciting journey! #HCCB #ThriveWithCocaCola #ThriveWithHCCB #LearningAndDevelopment Suhasini Raghuvanshi | Ashwini Andhale
