FAQ

Hey! Why don’t you have any Frequently Asked Questions here!

Because the majority of users end up on my web site asking for help anyway — and it’s simply more work to maintain two copies. Please visit my web site FAQ to read my Frequently Asked Questions!

This plugin is complicated. Why won’t you help me figure out how to use it?

I will! But not in person. Take a look at my documentation website for My Calendar or the developer hook documentation before making your request, and consider making a donation or buying My Calendar Pro!

Can my visitors or members submit events?

I’ve written a premium plugin that adds this feature: My Calendar Pro. Buy it today!

Is there an advanced search feature?

The search feature in My Calendar is pretty basic; but buying My Calendar Pro gives you a richer search feature, where you can narrow by dates, categories, authors, and more to refine your event search.

It doesn't save the typed page-name for the calendar. I'm not the first, check the support-link with the same name. An option could have been the short-code [my-calendar]. But to make the events clickable in calendar-view, you need to have saved a calendar-page. And this is not possible, as this is the initial problem.

I have been using this plugin for maybe ten years? Joe is always available to answer my questions. Very customizable calendar program, and the Ticketing works flawlessly. Thanks Joe!

After trying a bunch of the most popular plugins, I found out that they were tailored towards event organizers, while I needed an actual calendar for personal needs. And with a little customization this plugin turned out to be perfect. It has the best recurring system one could wish for plus great support. My Calendar, take My 5 Stars. 🙂

Wow. Just wow. This calendar is so flexible. You need to have a working knowledge of shortcodes and some css, but otherwise it is pretty intuitive. The documentation is very good. (The author/developer himself suggests strongly that you read it!) More importantly, my clients just love it!

I first used the free version and it offered many options but because of the nature of the calendar, we needed some special requests and decided to buy the pro version for the support. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY & MORE . The creator is quick, reliable, and one of the kindest people I've had to deal with when using the customer support. I would use any plugin that he creates with confidence.
