I needed to catch a floating bug on my site. It became clear that this was somehow related to transient options. The first to turn up this plugin. And I was not wrong. Plugin solves its narrow task and does it excellently. If you need to do anything with transient options in WordPress - this plugin is what you need. Thank you so much for your work!
