Samantha Reaves
Samantha Reaves has a BA and an MA in Communications from Florida State University. She has worked in nonprofit communications and development since 2013. Samantha is a mother to one child, George, who was born during the COVID-19 pandemic. Following George’s birth, Samantha was diagnosed with postpartum depression, anxiety and OCD. After that life-changing experience, she is beyond happy to work with PSI and to be an advocate for perinatal mental health. Samantha also volunteers with PSI, serving as a support coordinator helping connect pregnant, postpartum, and post-loss individuals and families with local providers who are trained to treat perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Samantha enjoys providing animal therapy with her dog Lucy, exploring new hiking trails and breweries, and taking a good road trip. She lives in North Carolina with her family.
