Who Are We?
NICU Parent Network is a collaborative of NICU Support Organizations led by NICU Parent Professionals. We are the only professional association for NICU Parent Leaders in the United States. NPN provides a platform for these leaders to come together as a collective voice representing the needs & best interests of NICU families in all facets of healthcare policy, care guidelines, advocacy, education, and family support.

ADVOCACY
Our organizations are dedicated to representing the needs and best interests of NICU families in all facets of healthcare policy, care guidelines, advocacy, education, and family support.
CULTIVATING LEADERS
NPN represents leaders who have turned NICU experiences into ways to touch the lives of NICU families. Offers a way to network with parent leaders, share best practices, mentoring opportunities, & meaningful relationship building.
REPRESENTATION
By collaborating and engaging with stakeholders in the Maternal Infant Health community, NPN members are committed to ensuring our most fragile population has every opportunity to thrive.
EDUCATION
NICU Parent Network has partnered with the National Perinatal Association to develop a superior quality, online NICU Staff Education programs.
OUR IMPACT
The voice of the NPN is often sought out for participation in surveys & focus groups that provide patient experience guidance.
Family Integrated Care
is an approach to care in the NICU that fully involves the parents in all aspects of the baby’s care. The NPN believes this approach to the care of the infant and family should extend to all guidelines, research, policy, advocacy, education, and support where nothing is created for infants and their families without an equal partnership with NICU Parent Leaders.
