Hi,
I’m currently seeking a remote outsource person to assist me in my day to day. For the right person this will transition into a dedicated part time position and then full-time position with vacation and benefits. Outsources are 1099 but will be employment moving to dedicated part time.
We are a 100% remote company. However, for hiring purposes the candidate MUST BE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES. We are also not interested in agencies, etc. YOU MUST BE AN INDIVIDUAL PERSON.

What I’m specifically looking for:
1. Some WordPress experience (you need not be an expert.) The ability to spin up one page landing pages [for ads] will be the primary WordPress related duties (using builders like Elementor / Avada, etc. – no coding involved.
2. Experience or desire to learn basic Google Ads management. Maintaining and updating negative keyword lists to start. This will grow either depending on your learning or your existing experience.
3. Experience or desire to learn general basic conversion optimization theory – primarily evaluating and address ‘above the fold’ issues to start. Will train if necessary.
4. Updating various spreadsheets for statistics based on pre-made Google Data Studio reports.
5. Honesty & Integrity.
6. Easy to get along with 🙂 – I am currently a one man department so you will be working directly with me daily – I like to keep it relaxed and fun while focusing on results for our clients.
To start I’m looking at around 10 hours a week / 40 hours monthly. This will grow quickly for the right person. Start date is Dec 1st.
