This workbook is great! It's easy to use and get into for busy parents. There are coloring pages so you can calm your anxieties naturally. I feel like Morrison-Gleed really understands the rough spots of transitioning to motherhood for modern women and addresses these issues in a way that is more realistic than the books and books and books you can find out there that you don't have time to read.

This is a great resource and tool for all women transitioning into motherhood. I not only recommend it for women expecting their first child but for women who are expecting their second and third. It helps put your thoughts into perspective and also helps you realize that you may not be alone and something is of normal feelings.
