Getting around Mayo Clinic in Arizona

Mayo Clinic in Arizona is spread across two main campuses in Scottsdale and Phoenix, located 14 miles apart. You may worry that you'll get lost navigating two different campuses and various buildings. But it won't take you long to realize that it's easy to find your way.

Both campuses offer:

  • Free patient shuttles. A free, courtesy shuttle service runs between the Scottsdale and Phoenix campuses Monday through Friday, between 6 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Service is every half-hour.
  • Patient escorts. If mobility is an issue, complimentary patient escorts can help you get to and from your appointments. And wheelchairs are available free of charge to anyone who needs them.
  • Information services. Not sure how to get to your next appointment? Staffed information booths can be found throughout the Mayo campus.

Entering buildings

Plan a little extra time to enter campus buildings. To ensure the safety of all, Mayo Clinic staff members are stationed at every entrance to guide you through our screening process, check for masks and monitor the number of visitors entering the building.
