Nancy is a character in the classic story "Oliver Twist" by Charles Dickens, which has been famously adapted in to a musical, TV series and film. Nancy is also the protagonist of "The Nancy Drew Mystery Stories", created by Edward Stratemeyer. Singer Nancy Sinatra is best known for her 60s pop hit "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'".
