Blue Skies is the seventh studio album by actor/singer Seth MacFarlane, released on May 20, 2022. It was released through Republic Records and Verve Records. The album has 14 songs that were arranged by Andrew Cottee. The album was produced with frequent collaborator Joel McNeely.[1]
Background[edit]
Seth MacFarlane worked with Andrew Cottee on arrangements, unlike most of his albums which have Joel McNeely on the arranging task. Seth mentioned that he had been a long fan of his "supremely artful and buoyant orchestrations", also mentioning that after collaborating with him on his fifth album Once in a While, he wanted to see what he would do with an "up-tempo album."[2]
