About to enter the military?
All Estonian male citizens aged from 18 to 60 are obligated to take part in the military defence of Estonia. Women aged from 18 to 27 may apply to enlist in the voluntary military service.
What’s different if you are studying abroad?
You are entitled to apply for a deferment of your military service obligation in order to allow you to acquire an education abroad.
