NEW: Sources tell me Parler's parent-company, Parlement Technologies, has been trying to offload the social media platform long before the Ye deal.
A prospective buyer described the asking price as wildly inflated, was stunned by the site's low DAUs.

I’m 99.99% sure the base iPad is now the best iPad and the one almost everyone should buy

So let me get this straight:
The base model iPad gets a landscape camera (yes) and a brand new Magic Keyboard Folio (yes!) with a detachable keyboard, kickstand (yes!!), and function keys (yes!!!), but the iPad *Pro* gets...none of this?

I reviewed this thing! It's a cool device that, unsurprisingly, relies a lot on Wi-Fi. But it relies on it too much, leaving you with a pretty limp gaming experience when you're out of pocket.

The console of the future exists somewhere in the middle of the Switch, Steam Deck and this Logitech G Cloud Gaming Handheld — I am very much looking forward to somebody eventually figuring it out

new: i wrote about the "tech girlies" of tiktok and youtube who share glossy videos of their jobs in tech that essentially serve as free promo/recruitment for companies.
they toe the line of what's allowed — and some have gotten fired for it.

If Microsoft actually made a Surface Pro that has 5G AND good performance AND great battery AND actually runs all your apps, that's a huge huge deal

I'm really trying to make the term "FACE COMPUTER" happen.
Please stop using the words " virtual reality headset" and say it with me... face computer.

No more emails. If you want something from me you must approach me slowly and calmly with a piece of apple or carrot in your palm with your fingers flat and extended so I do not bite them

Last week, I visited Meta HQ to interview Mark Zuckerberg about the company’s new Quest Pro headset, why he is still all in on the metaverse, competing with TikTok and Apple, why he enjoys “being doubted,” and more.

The Quest Pro sounds like a legitimately excellent VR headset, but is still way more science project than consumer product

I've had an iPhone 14 Pro for two days, and I... hate the always-on display. I hit the power button to turn it off like 300 times a day, only to discover it's already "off." Do you get used to this or am I just gonna turn it off?

Stadia developers were just as shocked as the rest of us about Stadia's shutdown. However, it seems as if Google is looking into reimbursing them some way, based on what two developers told me.
