Childbirth International can provide you with the reassurance of our refund policy. If you register for a training program you have two days to review the course program. If you decide the course is not for you, you can cancel within 48 hours of purchase and receive a full refund, less an administration fee.
You’ll have full access to all the course materials within a few minutes of registering so you can review them straight away. This allows you to take a look at the course and decide if it’s what you are looking for.
If you decide not to continue, you must contact us in writing before the two days are completed and request a refund. The amount you’ve paid will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee. The administration fee covers the cost of the fees we are charged for processing your initial payment, the cost of processing a refund and the administrative cost of manually reversing your order. Courses cannot be refunded once the 48 hours has expired and cannot be transferred to another person.
