Otakaari project connects the campus to Teekkari Village – the AYY Board signed a pre-contract on land transactions with Aalto University
Aalto University Student Union’s Representative Council has authorised the Board to sign a pre-contract for the Otakaari plot with Aalto University. More than 700 new student apartments will be built in the area, respecting the environment.
Design the next Design Notebook
The Design Notebook has been popular and now it’s time to start the design contest for a brand-new notebook! Next January, a design notebook will be published again instead of the traditional academic year calendar of TOKYO and AYY. The notebook published at the beginning of the year can be used as a bullet journal like a calendar, as a traditional notebook or even as a diary. We hope that the notebook is useful to more and more members of the Aalto community.
Thefts in Otaniemi – comprehensive security starts around AYY’s properties
Aalto University Student Union will increase security in Otaniemi, as there have been thefts in properties in the area. These cases have been reported to the police.

The Guild of the Cross: Alpha course
What is the meaning of life? Why is there suffering? Does God exist? If you've been thinking about these existential questions, or you find them just interesting, join the Alpha course! It is a session of meetings held on tuesdays 7 p.m. at FaFa's ABloc, consisting largely of group discussions and a free meal.

The National Union of University Students in Finland SYL represents university students in national decision-making. The plan of work and policy paper guiding SYL’s advocacy work will be approved at the General Assembly, where the Board of the Union will also be elected. The 2022 General Assembly will be held on 18ꟷ19 Nov 2022at Korpilampi.Student activities
