Join us as we raise funds for vital school readiness programs!
On Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm CRC is hosting Bright Starts in the Valley, a fundraiser to benefit our most vital school readiness programs. The event will take place at Clos du Val Winery with delicious farm-to-table appetizers catered by La Saison, award-winning wine provided by Clos du Val, and stories of hope and perseverance from local child care providers and families.
The effects of COVID-19 are still being felt. Hundreds of vulnerable children have missed vital early childhood education opportunities and we are in a race against the clock to get them ready for school. With your support, our programs to provide quality learning opportunities for them will continue. These programs include school readiness classes, bilingual playgroups in underserved areas of our community, developmental screenings that guide parents & caregivers in encouraging their child’s development, and continued support and coaching for family child care home providers.
