How many pages do I get?
Up to 5 pages.
If you would like more pages after the site is on your account, you will be able to create as many pages as you need using the WordPress editor. Our Happiness Engineers will be happy to walk you through that process if you need assistance.
Can I get a store or an e-commerce site?
Although adding e-commerce functionality during the site build isn’t currently an option for purchase, you can add e-commerce to your site once the site is on your WordPress.com account. Our Happiness Engineers will be happy to explain your options via chat or email.
How long will the service take?
You will receive an email notifying you that the site is completed and available on your WordPress.com account within 2–4 business days.
I love my new site, but I’d like to make some customizations on the home page. Are customizations included in the price?
Although revisions aren’t included with this service, you will be able to edit all content of the site using the WordPress editor. You will be able to change images, edit text, and also add additional pages and posts. You could even try a new theme for a different look, and you will still have the professionally designed page layouts.
Your WordPress Premium plan comes with access to live chat and priority email support, so you can always contact support if you need help customizing your new site or have questions about this service.
Can I buy more pages?
Not at the moment, but we’re working to make that possible. With that said, you can add more pages by yourself using the WordPress editor.
What about SEO (search engine optimization)?
All WordPress.com sites are SEO-friendly out of the box, but your newly built site will also come with extra tools to help you further refine your site’s search engine visibility.
Easily add the meta data and keywords on each page and post, as well as site-wide. You can also customize how your content will look on social media, including featured images and preview text.
If you really want to dig into the nitty gritty of SEO, you can install and configure some of the most powerful SEO plugins to your site and take advantage of more advanced features.
