- Register on the DPDHL Procurement Sourcing Platform
- Agree to our DPDHL Supplier Code of Conduct

A diverse supplier is a business that is at least 51% owned and operated by an individual or group that is part of a traditionally underrepresented or underserved group.

Minority Business Enterprises (MBE's) - Include businesses that are certified by an approved agency to be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a minority individual or group. In the case of publicly held businesses, at least 51% of the stock must be owned by a minority or minority group members. Minorities include persons of color who are Asian/-Pacific Islander Americans, Sub-Continent Asian Americans, Black/African Americans, Hispanic/Latinx Americans and Native/Indigenous Americans. Foreign-owned firms operating in the U.S. are not included in these categories.
Women Business Enterprises (WBE's) - Include businesses that are certified by an approved agency to be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a non-minority woman or group of non-minority women who are U.S. citizens. In the case of publicly held businesses, at least 51%of the stock must be owned by a woman or women.
Veteran Owned Business - Include businesses that are certified by an approved agency to be at least 51% owned, operated and controlled by a veteran or veterans who are U.S. citizens. In the case of a publicly held business, at least 51% of the stock must be owned by a veteran or veterans. Also acceptable are veteran discharge papers.

We at the DHL Group, promote diversity growth in our supplier base by doing the following:
- Working with Sourcing Managers/Buyers to identify upcoming procurement opportunities
- Identifying certified diverse suppliers that have the capability to compete for our business, to participate in upcoming procurement opportunities
- Screening identified certified diverse suppliers to determine if a match exists between suppliers' capabilities and business requirements

No, our team cannot share that information unless authorized. We recommend that you register on our platform to begin your relationship with the DHL Group.

We encourage all diverse suppliers who want to work with us to register in our Supplier Registration Portal. As strategies often change, we do not share upcoming sourcing opportunities. Upon registering, we will use your information for reference when opportunities become available.

Once you have completed the registration on the Supplier Registration Portal, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging that your information has been added to the system and that your account has been activated. You can then proceed and define a password to access the system to manage your profile.
However, registering will not guarantee business and/or contract with the DHL Group. We will keep your information in the database in order to contact you when opportunities become available in your category. If your company has not been contacted for a potential procurement opportunity, either the opportunity has not yet occurred, we do not have a need for the product/service your company provides, or a match between your company's product/service and our procurement needs has not been identified.

Certification is a process managed by a third party to determine that a business is diverse. Certifying agencies administer a vetting process to ensure that the business is compliant in terms of their diversity requirements and update member corporations about the status of a company should their diversity standing change. You can contact any of the following national certifying agencies, their regional affiliates or the appropriate state or local government entities for certification in your applicable category:

There are few mandatory questions that need to be answered to complete your registration process. If you do not have the required information readily available, you can complete the registration at a later time. For that please click on "Send Initial Password/Forgot Password" at the Registration Portal entry page to define your password to enter the system and complete missing information. Otherwise your registration will not be activated.

If your status has changed, you should update your profile on the Supplier Registration Portal as soon as possible. The change will not affect our supplier relationship, but it does impact our ability to keep information on diverse suppliers up to date.

After a company is registered in the Supplier Registration Portal, the DHL Group team can review information and determine opportunities.
Completing the registration process does not guarantee that your company will receive a request to bid and/or a contract from the DHL Group, nor does it imply that your company has any type of procurement relationship with the DHL Group, either now or in the future.
Registering provides us with your company's vital information so that we can match your company to potential opportunities. You will be contacted if an opportunity becomes available that matches your company's product and/or service offering.
