Are there any Scots Gaelic speakers on here who can help? I read this as Ee-oh-ver but I have heard other pronunciations like eye-ver amongst others

How would you pronounce it? Would you still say es-may even without the accent? I want to use it but have it as es-mee as I think it goes better with my daughter's name but don't want it constantly mispronounced.
