I worked every day while going through the treatments and fed off the positiveness of family members, the Mayo staff and the kids and staff at work. I am thankful, grateful and blessed to have a wonderful facility like Mayo so close to home.

Eating right and exercising are important ways to stay mentally and physically healthy. And instead of getting off the couch and hopping on a treadmill, you might want to consider going outdoors and reaping the health benefits of being in nature. mayocl.in/3JQ4btK
