Workers' Rights Justice at Teleperformance


While outsourcing giant Teleperformance is not a household name, the French call-centre giant employs over 380,000 workers in over 80 countries. It provides customer service for some of the world’s most recognizable brands—including Amazon, Apple, Google, Orange—as well as governments around the world.

But the company’s rapid expansion and skyrocketing profitability have often come at workers’ expense. The company has a shameful history of union busting, retaliation against whistle-blowers and flouting worker protections.

That is why UNI, along with unions from every corner of the globe, are coming together to demand justice at Teleperformance. We are calling on the company to stop its anti-union attacks and negotiate a global agreement that secures workers’ right to a union throughout its operations.
