I have updated this review because I previously posted that the microUSB end was not compatible. It turns out the description VERY clearly states that it is a micro HDMI end, not a micro USB! Therefore I'm updating my review to 5 stars. It's a well made cable. I was definitely reacting - I'd previously bought one that had a faulty microUSB end that was sent from China, and I made an assumption without checking the site. Thank you to Kelsey from UGREEN who politely let me know that this was an HDMI cable without calling me very deserved names! :)

I went through 3 different HDMI to micro HDMI cables before getting to this one and this one looks like it's going to be my last cable I'll need. I previously had a few different cables that kept breaking on my because of the weird angles and movement of my gimbal. I have this HDMI cable on my Sony A6500 with the Atomos Ninja Flame all mounted on a DJI Ronin gimbal. The other cables lasted a while (read 2 months) before breaking because of the constant gimble movement but this has held up very well for the past year.

The best way to describe this item is literally “ehh”. It does it’s job okay. For me the cable is pretty sensitive. We use it for our action camera. When it’s plugged in and starts working, it works good. The picture quality is good, the cable feels nice and thick, it doesn’t feel of bad quality. The issue is, any movement of the cable and all of a sudden it loses connection. Getting it to work after that is pretty tedious. A lot of wiggling and disconnecting and reconnecting. That’s really why I can’t say it’s a good cable. And that happens often. If you get this cable just know. Find a spot and be gentle when handling it while it’s connected.

After my review was posted, the seller reached out to me right away and issued me a replacement. It’s an amazing cable and the fact that they reached out so fast was great. The costumer service alone is beyond the 5 stars I can give it. The new cable works great. Connected my action cam with out a problem. I can move the camera around as much as I want with out a single issue. Thank you very much to the seller for taking such actions and delivering a great product

The cable is really good quality producing a great video connection.It is well insulated and will probably last forever. The cable allows for audio streaming along with the video signal. It is a good cable that I can recommend and I give it 5 stars.

I lost the original cable I had for video streaming from my old kindle. Unfortunately Amazon seems to have blocked the service as I get errors when I try to stream from my kindle via my Amazon prime account. I can although stream Netflix from my kindle to the Television with this cable. It's a shame Amazon has done this and I think they have done it as a means to sell their Amazon tv devices. If you look at the new generation of kindles they no longer have the micro hd connection even though they must easily be capable of streaming. The cable itself is good and if you have an old kindle or even video cameras such as the GH4 you will be happy with this lead.
