We will help you retain control over the entire process and, at an early stage, conduct internal investigation of all reports so as to resolve an issue before it escalates. The risks associated with incorrect approach may be severe, in particular if the whistleblower, for example due to fear of retaliation, prefers to report their concern directly to a ministry, or worse, to the media. In such case, the organisation typically loses control over internal investigation and, apart from legal implications, it will also face reputational risks.
