November is #DiabetesAwarenessMonth, an important moment to highlight one of the less known eating disorders. Specific to those with diabetes (generally type 1), #diabulimia is a serious condition, but there is always hope. No one is beyond helps, and you're not alone in this.

OSFED is one of the most common eating disorder diagnoses, but one of the least talked about. This doesn't mean they don't need help - OSFED is serious, and requires professional & community support just like any other ED. Visit ANAD.org.

#Selflove means different things to everyone. It can mean taking care of your own needs, not sacrificing your well-being to please others, or not settling for less than you deserve. Little steps make progress, and even tiny wins are important.
