You may download a copy of our securities transfer request form (PDF). Be sure to send a copy of this form to our Gift Securities team at stockgifts@stanford.edu or fax to (650) 721-2417 to help ensure your gift is promptly recognized and acknowledged.

How do I make a gift by wire transfer to Stanford?
To get started, please take the following steps:
1. Complete the Wire Transfer Request form and send it to your banker or financial adviser.
2. Email a copy of the completed form to Stanford Development Services and Cash Management at wire_transfers@lists.stanford.edu.
The bank will then transfer the funds from your account to Stanford.
By sending Stanford a copy of the form, you alert us that your gift is on its way and ensure that it will be used as you intended.
