Deworm the
World Initiative
Named a top charity by GiveWell every year since 2013 for cost-effective impact. At an average cost of $0.50 per treatment, deworming is one of the most cost-effective ways to improve a child’s health, education, and overall well-being. A recent study by Nobel laureate Michael Kremer and colleagues showed that receiving two to three additional years of deworming increased their income by 13% and consumption by 14% decades after treatment.
