Our Zambia office opened in 2010 in response to a growing demand for evaluations throughout the country. Our work has historically focused on the health sector—some of the seminal IPA Zambia studies include assessing how pricing affects demand and use of Chlorine, as well as the impact of recruitment and motivation for community health workers in Zambia.

The Government of Zambia is currently working to improve education outcomes for its citizens, improve governance and accountability, and improve access to water, sanitation, and hygiene. These areas present opportunities for us to promote the creation and use of evidence through our existing relationships with the Ministries of Health, Education, and Community Development, as well as growing partnerships with civil society organizations.
