Position Summary
The primary responsibilities for the Family Support Coordinator/Facilitator are providing case management services to participants in Thriving Families programs and co-facilitating workshops on healthy relationships and parenting. Some community outreach is involved, as this person will coordinate with community partners regarding appropriate services and referrals for enrolled families. They will also participate in several weekly meetings and in the development of program protocols. Some administrative and clerical tasks are also included, such as record keeping, data collection, and scheduling appointments. This position is primarily in the office but requires a flexible schedule and the ability to travel to various locations around metro Denver. The position is fulltime and comes with Thriving Families’ full benefits package.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Experience in teaching/facilitating community-based classes and/or case management with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using multiple online systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's Degree in Social Work or related fields
- Experience working with teens, moms, and families

Position Summary
The Business Manager will be responsible for a number of tasks related to supporting the operations and staff of Thriving Families. The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to support the Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Development, and Director of Programs and Community Outreach in developing and maintaining organizational policies, purchasing supplies and equipment, processing invoices and checks, recording vacation/sick leave and managing timesheets, onboarding new hires, and billing insurance. In addition, this position will oversee IT systems and file management for Thriving Families. Other administrative and clerical tasks are also included. Many tasks require maintaining confidentiality of clients. The position is fulltime and comes with Thriving Families’ full benefits package.

Position Summary
The Children’s Activities Coordinator will provide drop-in childcare for multiple ages: infant-12 years old for families attending services at Thriving Families and the Rose Andom Center. The Coordinator will be integrated into all programs offered at Thriving Families and will provide high-quality, trauma-informed care for families attending case management, workshops, and therapy appointments at the Thriving Families office, located near downtown Denver.
Essential Functions
- Maintain a safe and calm environment for participants and parents
- Create and maintain activities for children
- Communicate any issues or concerns to parents at pick up
- Respond to participant questions and comments
- Provide excellent customer service
- Clean equipment and toys
- Additional duties as assigned
- Maintain paperwork and records
- Maintain a general knowledge of working with youth ages newborn-12 years
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience working with children ages newborn - 12 years
- Current or previous CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Moderate lifting (children, toys, etc.), up to 50 lbs.

- Time management
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from participants
