IPA's first studies in Liberia focused on peace and recovery, including completed studies on peace education, reintegrating former combatants, and cognitive behavioral therapy and cash for high risk young men. As Liberia recovers from the Ebola crisis we are focusing on evaluations of programs to empower adolescent girls and better targeting of cash transfers to those worst affected by Ebola.
