Alma Community Room Built in 2012, this room features natural light provided by windows overlooking a small park and urban area; the room has wall-to-wall carpeting with a spacious open air feeling. This room is ideal for meetings, classes and small mixers or networking events.
Banner Reservations Banner spots are located at the overpasses positioned at Embarcadero Road/Alma Street and University Avenue/Alma Street and are reserved for City of Palo Alto events, City-sponsored events, non-profit organizations, and community events (in that order of priority).

Field and Tennis Court Reservations The City of Palo Alto brokers all City athletic fields, tennis courts and Palo Alto Unified School District fields and courts. Tennis courts are available for reservation for Palo Alto Tennis Club and USTA tournament/match use only. Otherwise, tennis courts are available for individual use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Junior Museum and Zoo Celebrate your birthday at the Junior Museum & Zoo! We provide fun science activities and a private room for your party. You supply the cake! We have party options for children ages 3 and up, with special options for larger groups and older children (please call the Museum front desk for information about special options).
Nature Interpretive Centers A meeting room is available for rent at both the Foothills Nature Preserve Interpretive Center and the Lucy Evans Baylands Nature Interpretive Center.

Picnic Reservations Picnic reservations are only required at Mitchell Park, Rinconada Park, and Oak Grove group site at Foothills Nature Preserve. All other picnic sites in parks in Palo Alto are first-come, first-served.
Towle Campground (Foothills Nature Preserve) Towle Camp is the Foothills Nature Preserve campground located at the end of Wildhorse Valley. It is open from May 1 through October 31 for tent camping. There are eight tent camping sites. Two sites hold 16 people each (in up to 4 cars) while the other sites hold 8 people each (in up to 2 cars). Each site has a tent pad, picnic table, charcoal barbeque, food locker, and water.
