Palo Alto FireMed

The Palo Alto FireMed program is a monthly subscription service that provides you peace of mind during medical emergencies that require an ambulance ride.

Even with medical insurance, an emergency ambulance ride can cost between $250-700. Save money and know that you are doing all you can to protect your family or employees during an emergency.

Even if you do not use the program, you are supporting the Palo Alto Fire Department to continue daily operations, keep fire stations open, and support Palo Alto Fire Department training and equipment. When you are a Palo Alto FireMed member and need an ambulance ride that originates within Palo Alto city limits to a regional hospital, you will not have out-of-pocket expenses or co-pay.

A new program for residents and businesses makes sure you are not stuck with a bill during an emergency. Palo Alto FireMed is convenient and cost-effective, covering unlimited ambulance rides per household for a low cost of $8 per month, which is only $96 a year.

The Palo Alto FireMed program takes the worry out of the ambulance ride, so you can focus on your family or business in an emergency.

Sign up for the low-cost monthly subscription to cover unlimited emergency medical ambulance rides for your entire household and visitors, and employees at your business in the case of a life-threatening medical emergency.
