Former Stanford Student-Athlete Block S Society Membership
Stanford Athletics is proud of all its former varsity student-athletes. Together, this group of prestigious alumni is called the Block S Society. The moment a varsity student-athlete graduates or leaves Stanford, they become a member of the Block S Society. The mission of the Block S Society is to honor varsity student-athlete alumni for their contributions to Stanford Athletics and keep them connected to all things Cardinal through social, educational, and philanthropic endeavors.
Block S Society Tickets
Block S Society members are eligible to receive two (2) complimentary tickets to all regularly scheduled home sporting events on a space-availability basis. Block S Society members can purchase additional, adjacent tickets when claiming their free ticket(s). The ticket claiming periods occur online on a weekly basis beginning at 9 a.m. the Monday prior to the eligible sporting event.
Tickets are not available for special events, postseason, or NCAA championships. Complimentary Block S tickets are intended for the exclusive use of the former Stanford student-athlete and may not be resold. Stanford Athletics reserves the right to revoke complimentary claiming privileges from any account determined by Stanford Athletics, in its sole discretion, to be in violation of this policy.

If you already have registered, you can begin claiming tickets beginning 9 a.m. the Monday prior for all eligible sporting events that week. Q: Who is eligible for Block S Society tickets?
A: All former Stanford varsity student-athletes are eligible to create a Block S Society ticket account. Current graduate students receive complimentary access to regular season sporting events and are ineligible for the Block S Society ticket program, regardless of their former student-athlete status.
Q: Am I eligible to claim a ticket immediately after setting up my account?
A: No. Please allow until Monday of the following week to begin claiming tickets. You will receive a second email alerting you of your account activation.
Q: How many Block S Society tickets can be claimed for an individual game?
A: Two (2) tickets may be claimed per game. If you are looking for more tickets, you may
purchase additional adjacent tickets online or you can call the Ticket Office at (800)-STANFORD.
Q: When can I claim a ticket?
A: You can claim a ticket beginning Monday of the game week starting at 9 a.m.
Q: Will I always get a ticket?
A: No. Tickets are subject to availability on a game-by-game basis. Tickets are not available for special events, postseason, or NCAA championships.
Q: Can I sell or transfer my ticket?
A: Block S Society tickets are non-transferrable and may only be redeemed and used by the former student-athlete. We reserve the right to revoke any ticket found to be sold elsewhere.
Q: Can I use my Block S Society benefit for postseason?
A: No. At this time, Block S Society tickets are only available for scheduled regular season home sporting events on a space-available basis.
Q: Is the Buck/Cardinal Club the same as the Block S Society?
A: No. The Buck/Cardinal Club is the annual fund for Stanford Athletics. The Buck/Cardinal Club provides scholarship and program support to all 36 varsity sports.
