We are committed to increasing access to mental wellness through culturally relevant psychoeducation, resource connection, and community support.
Founded in 2020, Motherhood Redefined is a virtual practice and community dedicated to destigmatizing mental health and supporting moms of color. Motherhood is challenging for everyone, but due to stigmas and societal boundaries, Black women often feel pressured to be "strong" and fail to reach out to receive the care they need and deserve.
We strive to rewrite that narrative by creating programs that empower and equip moms with the resources to center themselves and prioritize their mental health. So, whether you are contemplating starting your motherhood journey, have just started, or are in the thick of it, we got you! Your journey to wellness begins here!
