Major events related to Debian
The major event of Debian is the annual Debian Conference called DebConf. There are also several MiniDebConfs which are local meetings organized by Debian project member.
The subpages of Debian Wiki's event page contain a list of events in which Debian was/is/will be involved.
If you would like to help out with the Debian presence at any of the events listed on above pages, please mail the person listed as the event coordinator at the respective event page.
If you would like to invite the Debian Project to a new event, please send an email to the mailing list corresponding to the geographical location of the event.
If you want to help coordinate Debian's presence at an event, please check the best-fitting subpage of Debian Wiki's event page if there is already an entry for that event. If yes, contribute there - if no, follow the Checklist for a booth.
If you want to see what merchandise other companies are making with the Debian logo, which among other things can be used on events, then you would want to check out our merchandise page.
If you plan to do a talk you should create an entry below Debian Wiki's event page. Afterwards you might put your presentation into the collection of presentations about Debian.
