Go to your device's Settings feature and tap Privacy.
Tap Location Services.
Next to Location Services, drag the slider to turn the feature on.
Then, locate the Twitter app in the list and tap Never or While using the app.

Within the Precise location page, drag the slider to turn the feature on or off.
In the top menu, you will either see a navigation menu icon or your profile icon. Tap whichever icon you have, then tap Settings and privacy.
Tap Privacy and Safety.
Under Safety, tap Precise location in the Location section.
Within the Precise location page, tap the checkbox to turn the feature on or off.
