    Dereliction takes years to resolve - I’m trying to get action on a derelict site in for years, finally going for CPO only to find council want to flip it- I want then to build for local person 😡

    Dereliction is not just confined to cities but sadly can also be found in every town & village throughout the length & breadth of Ireland. ☹️
