    Two years ago I tore up my suicide note after months of depression I finally wanted to live again. I went out for a walk earlier reflecting on all that’s happened I couldn’t help but smile. It hasn’t been easy but I’m glad I stayed!

    Depression is awful when it is severe. You have no energy. You cannot focus on anything. Everything seems desolate and empty. You have to fight to stay out of bed and often want to lay down and do nothing. And even if lonely, you don't have energy to talk
