Although it is not necessary for you to fill out the form in order to donate cryptocurrency, doing so will allow you to determine how we allocate the funds you donate, help us communicate with you in the future, and allow us to better track our impact. Donations received without an accompanying donation form submission will be treated as an unrestricted donation, which we may choose to either use for operating expenses (most likely) or our Maximum Impact Fund.

Please make sure to copy the wallet addresses exactly when making your donation, as funds sent to the wrong wallet will be lost permanently.
