Although it is not necessary for you to fill out the form in order to send a check, doing so will allow you to determine how we allocate the funds you send, help us communicate with you in the future, and allow us to better track our impact. Donations received without an accompanying donation form submission will be treated as an unrestricted donation, which we may choose to either use for operating expenses (most likely), grant to top charities (via the Maximum Impact Fund), or use for other approved grants.
