Hi, I'm wanting to go to a Christmas fair this year to sell stuff. I've never done this before so I'm not sure what I need to do in advance of this ie do I need to be registered as a business, what insurance do I need etc. I'm planning on selling tea cup candles and cake stands incase that makes a difference with it being candles?

Posted 7/29/19Try and get yourself along to the business gateway for advice as they also run free courses about setting up and running a business. Also call HMRC /HMRC website to get yourself registered and some advice on registering your business and your legal obligations with regard to declaring earnings.
