What is concerning is the number of rapists and domestic abusers that are running for office in this country and the number of loopholes they’re exploiting(on top of just patriarchal nature of politics) to make it all happen.

After losing my religion, I stayed in limbo for a few years. Then I started reading on African spiritual practices, the Kikuyu way to be precise. I started practicing it this year and y’all, I’ve never felt so connected to Spirit more than I am now.

Sometimes I look at the tweets that puts out, on difficult childhood and look at how that affects and makes you into an extreme introvert. You want to reach out to people but for the life of you, you cannot. It is the most painful, lonely existence.

There's a Somali tiktoker girl who has been in jail the past few days coz she was rescued from her attempted kidnapping by the public. The guy who almost kidnapped her took offence and reported her to the police for 'rallying a mob to beat him up'. Her "fault"? She rejected him

Traumatized and victimised individuals are, by definition, reacting to abnormal events. They may confuse the abnormality of the trauma with abnormality of themselves. We often think something's wrong with us but it's all about what happened that shouldn't have.

My life really transformed when I met in person last year. We'd been online friends for some years. Our first meeting conceived what later came to be . It was so weirdly spontaneous. I'm hella grateful to be working with a friend of my mind and soul. 🌻💐
