Seed-trained entrepreneurs, empowered with leadership know-how and one-on-one support, are making an impact by:

Seed delivers world-class business training to help entrepreneurs take their businesses to the next level. Whether it’s a promising startup or an already profitable enterprise , Seed partners with entrepreneurs to help them transform, grow, and make a positive impact in their communities.

Early-Stage Entrepreneurs: Seed Spark is a five-month, online entrepreneurship program designed for early-stage entrepreneurs. Spark collaborates with incubators, accelerators, and other organizations in Africa and South Asia to deliver this training program to high-potential entrepreneurs and founders to help them build their business strategy, grow their network, and boost their business acumen.

Established Entrepreneurs: Seed Transformation Program is a year-long, online business and leadership program designed exclusively for company founders and their management teams. This flagship program brings together established entrepreneurs from the most promising businesses throughout Africa and South Asia to learn, scale, connect, and collaborate.

Following completion of the Seed Transformation Program, participants earn a certificate of completion from Stanford GSB and join the Seed Transformation Network to connect and collaborate with other founders. They also have access to seasoned executives, who serve as volunteer leadership coaches and pro bono project consultants, as well as Stanford student interns who are available to work with their company.
