The Nazis in Orlando were emboldened by the 's embrace of dangerous extremism. Trump refused to condemn white supremacy. We're saddened, but not shocked, to find white supremacists in our streets. We will not tolerate this hatred, and we will not live in fear.

This morning, I met with my G7 counterparts to discuss President Putin’s unjustified attack on Ukraine and we agreed to move forward on devastating packages of sanctions and other economic measures to hold Russia to account. We stand with the brave people of Ukraine.

  10. Putin’s claim that his invasion is a means to 'denazify’ Ukraine is deeply disturbing. Not only is Ukrainian President Zelensky Jewish, but Putin’s claim is indicative of the lies and propaganda he is willing to spread to justify his brutal actions.

  12. As Russia launches a brutal war against Ukraine, Donald Trump can't stop praising Putin. Let's be clear - Trump is aligned with a dangerous autocrat. His loyalty is with Russia, as opposed to the U.S. and our allies.

  13. It should come as no surprise that Trump & his acolytes are praising Putin & abandoning Ukraine. Trump removed support for Ukrainian independence from the GOP platform. Trump was impeached for trying to extort Ukraine by withholding military aid. We know where Trump stands.

Words matter. When two Republican elected officials use a vile anti-Jewish slur during a committee hearing, it emboldens antisemites and makes Jews less safe. There is no excuse for such blatant bigotry.

Have watched Vladimir Putin for more than 20 years. He has had many many enablers/excusers in Russia and the West in that time. Never thought a former president of the United States would cheer his invasion of a peaceful neighbor.

1/ Putin’s decision to invade is an evil, panicked move of weakness and will be his defining mistake. The Ukrainian people will fight for as long as it takes to secure their nation from this foreign tyrant, and the United States will stand with them in this fight.

Beware of the following Kremlin disinformation campaigns seeking to justify military action - no evidence supports any of these false claims. 🚩: Ukraine is NOT committing genocide 🚩: Ukraine is NOT attacking Donetsk or Luhansk 🚩: Ukraine is NOT conducting terrorist attacks
