Twin Cities DSA recognizes that living under capitalism sucks. Sometimes we all need help, and sometimes we can help others. The Solidarity Fund is a wealth redistribution tool. Please ask for help if you need it, and when you don’t, please donate what you can.
The TCDSA Mutual Aid and Solidarity Economy Working Group administers a Solidarity Fund, which puts money in the pockets of people during times of need.
If you live in the Twin Cities metro area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott and Washington counties), are a member of TCDSA or an allied organization, and your household has not requested money previously in the past year, apply below for a disbursement of up to $200. Most are sent through PayPal, but we may also be able to meet in person to deliver funds.

In June 2021, the members of Twin Cities DSA voted to rename the solidarity fund in honor of our late comrade Ezra Ishman, who was the TCDSA treasurer.
