The phone came on May 17 at 09:35, which is 22 days later, which is a crime according to EU laws, and I sent the document at 10:53 on the same day. I can send e-mails to all parties that request it.

According to law, when you reject visa for an EU family member, you must prove that you or your family members pose a "genuine, present and sufficiently serious threat". In this case, it is not the situation and required docs are provided:

It seems you reached out to first in May 17th which is 22 days and it is a violation of the rule "Schengen area should issue visas within 15 days". Then you requested additional documents which was provided and has a proof that they were provided by email.
